She's Bored Too
"Phew. Okay, this is getting hard now." Christopher put his hands on his knees and panted. He'd covered quite the distance at this point, almost a thousand miles, and now the strain from the gravity was starting to hit him hard.
There was some sweat on his forehead behind his mask, but Christopher wasn't grimacing. In fact, he had a look of satisfaction on his face. It had been a while since he had been pushed to his limit like this. His muscles ached, and he had worked up a good sweat, which was moreover a feat than most people would think.
After a while, he exhaled and stood straight as if there wasn't an impossible amount of gravity trying to crush him at the moment.
He stretched and put his hands on his hips.
'I can still go for a little bit.' He noted and considered the option for a while before nodding to himself. He intended to push himself to his utmost limits. Right now, he just felt like he'd finished warming up. He could still go on.

"Ah, okay, I might have overdone it." Aisha mumbled as she fell on herbaceous, panting and covered in sweat. He face looked a bit pale. However, her eyes were bright.
Her clones were gone, and in their place were numerous green plates that gave off a mystical Aura. Normal people would simply feel like the plates had a mystical and mysterious Aura. For people who could see fate, however, they'd be amazed to find the massive and intricate tapestry that had somehow been imprinted on each plate. Aisha somehow managed to compress such a large and complex formation and put it on such a small plate, and the plates weren't simple either.
Aisha had called them Causality Steel Plates, and their purpose was simple enough to understand. The metal was capable of interacting with the concept of cause and effect to a limited extent. That in itself was very impressive. However, it was discovered that these plates could significantly amplify anything related to fate. However, even within the Primordial Expanse, the metal was limited in quantity.
Sure, the Dimension produced its resources passively, but the rate at which this metal was produced was simply abysmal, and these ten plates that Aisha asked Sinestra to bring for her had an incalculable value, and they alone made up for a good chunk of the Causality Steel within the Primordial Expanse. That's why the different seers couldn't be seen wearing Causality Steel wherever they went, and even Aisha only had a few small trinkets of the stuff.
So, getting ten plates of the stuff just showed off the I fluency she had within the Realm.
However, the same way they were incredibly valuable was the same way their effectiveness was unrivalled.
Aftertaking a moment to catch her breath, Aisha sat up and exhaled. She still looked so.ewhat exhausted and pale, but there was a satisfied glint in her eyes.
It was a difficult thing to explain, but Belladonna knew what had happened. The plate had made everyone and everything in the vicinity more grounded to existence, making them especially difficult to erase, and that was just the basic effect of the plate as its applications were a lot more far-reaching and significant, which was impressive to say the least.
Belladonna sighed as she watched the countless tendrils slowly vanish. It wasn't that they disappeared, their visibility was simply reduced to zero, and if someone wanted to see it, they would need to be able to see fate.
'Hm, Lenax, Chiara, and I haven't done a lot in the way of fighting. Even when the hidden Realm fell under chaos, we didn't face much danger,so I didn't have to step in, and the clans that were approaching my stronghold before git destroyed by some strong creature. Hm.' Belladonna mused. As it turned out, she was bored.
She wasn't as much of a battle-junkie as the others, but she enjoyed a good fight. However, there hadn't been anything to fight, nothing of worth anyway.
Moreover, Christopher was busy, so she couldn't bask in his presence or drink his blood to cultivate. Granted, she could cultivate without it, but she found the process too boring by herself. Moreover, she doubted the others would humor her if she called them, except maybe Chiara.
'Hm, the little dragon shouldn't be busy, so I could call her.' Belladonna had recently become fond of referring to anyone you gerthan her as little followed by whatever race they were. Though, Titus was the exception as she called him little brother and not little human. She giggled cutely and happily skipped over to her quarters. She couldn't care less if someone thought of her behaviour as childish. Her equals and superior didn't mind as long as she didn't overdo it, and it's not like anyone weaker than her could tell her what to do. Besides, while she enjoyed being playful, she knew where to draw the line. And obviously, skipping over to where she stayed like a little girl wasn't it.
Because of this, it was easy to forget that Belladonna was one of the most lethal people within the Primordial Expanse. After all, blood magic was no joke, and with her current strength, it was difficult to understand just how extensive her ability truly was.
But that was for another time.

"Jenny..." Jenny's uncle Auro said with a bit of sadness as he watched the cold and calculating expression on his nephew.
Ever since Jenny became aware of the authority, and thus the presence of an Arbiter, she had turned into a being of pure rage. However, she knew that rage would simply get her killed, so she channelled that rage into a cold and calculative mindset.
She no longer behaved like a petulant child, but a cold and cunning commander. Such a thing should have made Auro happy, but it simply worried him.
That's because he knew that in this state, Jenny wasn't in her right mind, and her focus had changed from the final prize of the hidden Realm to the Primordial Arbiter.
'Please don't do something you will regret.' He pleaded in his heart.
