New Story Announcement!

Hello,Sorry, this is not a surprise chapter drop. I've been working on a new story alongside Sacrifice Mage and after 200+ chapters of Ross getting lost all the time, I thought I'd finally start posting something very, very different as a personal palate cleanser. Incarnation of Sorcery is an OP MC grad student story in the style of New Life As A Max Level Archmage, Just Add Mana, Blessed By Death, etc. If you like OP power fantasies with a bit of character drama and magic academy shenanigans, then this story might be up your alley!

Ryland is a Calamity - one of the living apocalypses born in the last war between realms. In his case, experimenting with dangerous rift magic shattered his body and scattered its pieces across the cosmos. Pieces that, when left alone, often turn into new Calamities.

Armed with a thousand spell glyphs from a thousand worlds, Ryland is ready to stop more of his blood droplets from turning into mad demigods and more neurons from calling down cataclysmic meteor strikes. To do so, he'll need to return to his academy and recover his old research, and maybe teach a few oddball students along the way.

But first, he has to pass an entrance trial gone haywire, stop Fate from bullying his pupils, and make sure Calamity-worshipping cults don't ruin his club activities.

Surely, a field trip to a different universe can't be that objectionable? Right?

I've had the bones of this story working in the back of my head since even before I started posting Sacrifice Mage, and it was always a choice whether I'd go with Ross's adventures first or not. But the long time since then has really let my ideas marinate, and I think everything I wanted to express, including a dash of my own experiences as a grad student and a lecturer, came out pretty well! I'd love it if you could give it a go!

PS: I'm going to keep posting Sacrifice Mage up until the end of this major arc at the very least, so rest assured there will be a chapter tomorrow.
