Hugo's heart sank. Not now. Please, not now.

He leaned back with a miserable grumble. "Why does life hate me..."

Because the moment the door swung open, Luna strolled in like she owned the place.

Hugo was a man who appreciated beauty no matter if the owner was a villainess sent by the evil author to torment him.

He could only sigh and continue to give her what he hoped was a furious scowl.
