Chapter 135: Dragon Blood

But then he thought if he can see them as aura now, can he touch them with his aura?

With a thought, Seth moved the aura to his fingertip and touched the womb. Hooray, it passed and he touched the Lion Bloodline.

Seth felt its nature and the extent of its power. Well, as he removed his hand, his aura was exhausted and his back was drenched in sweat.

"This bloodline alone is vastly stronger than that Dragon I touched!" Seth slumped, "What the fuck is going on."

It took some time before Seth calmed down his fear. He now understood the true danger he had been through.

"Fuck. That lion can sneeze me out of existence. How the fuck did I survived the fucking entity that defeated it and put it in a sorry state!"

Seth panicked, he stood and jumped around trying to calm his surging terrifying emotions. Hours later, Seth was in a corner with his face on the floor breathing deeply.

His exertion point was dangerously low, but he managed to calm down before they got exhausted.

Seth has just been through an existential crisis.

"Hoo!" It was now that he got the impact of what really did happen. And remembering the reward he got, he smiled ruefully. He deserved them.

He sighed and then checked the time of the fetus' birth.

"In five days. Hmm. I'm not leaving till I got birth to it!" Seth said. Then he felt dragon pressure from above.

He went out and saw Asteroids streaking across the sky. Some of them are being intercepted and destroyed by the dragons.

"I might get a crodo, as a guest!" Seth said.

He wore his shirt and cloak. Then took the sickly panther upstairs and stayed in a corridor with his short sword floating beside him.

True to his assumption, a dog-like animal with a crocodile-like hide burst into his mansion with red eyes.

"Red!" Seth commented but then it moved fast at him, "Mant..le!"

Red has become a predominant colour he reacts to.

Chained moved as fast, wrapped around its neck and pulled it to the ground. Seth dashed and touched its face. He intended to manipulate its red eye but sadly, nothing happened, he didn't even feel the connection.

But there was another connection, his attire was reacting to the crodo, Seth infused Aura in it and felt as if he could command the crodo.

Shifting Armour!

Seth's armour activated and he knew this crodo couldn't harm him in any way as it was just Level 1 while his armour was made from Level 4 Crodo.

"Defend me!" Seth commanded. The crodo growled and the moment the chain broke, it turned around and dashed out.

But from outside, Seth was surprised to see a Dragon falling into the forest. When it was just 100m away from the tallest trees a force slammed at it destroying its wings and bouncing it back into the sky.

At the same time, the dragon tore away its limbs from his body and threw them away. Not only that, its stomach ballooned and exploded.

A terrifying burst of energy that is comparable to a nuke filled the sky. But the next moment, the dragon's body began to regenerate.

Then everything repeated itself.

"It's trying to kill itself. Just like Roana Prada!"

A roar of the dragons filled the sky, Seth felt his heart almost explode when the stomach of the dragon exploded again.

This happened more than ten times before the dragon regeneration ability slowed down.

Due to whatever energy in the sky Seth wasn't able to see precisely the nature of the dragon. But he assumed it would transform into something with crodo skin. "Hopefully, it will not!"

And then another dragon appeared and bombarded it with dragon breath. Seth can see how the infected dragon was forcing itself not to attack the dragon while they kept attacking it with destructive force.

Seth realized there was no blood reaching the ground, he said, "I need the blood!"

The moment the quest came, Seth felt a dangerous pressure descending on him and he found a drop of blood the size of his head coming his way.

His Cloak flapped and before the drop reached him, it began to feed on it, in no time, the drop just vanished.

Seth smiled as he felt his body increase in strength. And then another blood came down. This time the pressure was less than before and Seth felt he could connect with it.

He raised his hand and he felt the domineering nature of dragon blood. But he waited. His cloak was flapping in the wind, he clutched it and recognized it was digesting the blood.

Bang!

The drop shattered the ground and made a small crater as if it were a metal ball. There was also this halo around it which made everything pushed away.

At that moment, Seth felt a gaze from above. He looked up, he saw the dragon that was being bombarded by other dragons looking at him.

The blood before him vibrated and spoke. Seth gulped down and steeled his resolve.
