The stone was transparent and clean but full of cracks, almost fragmenting. Seth quickly infused aura into it. The aura enveloped the stone and stopped it from further fragmenting, then its surface began to recover.

To Seth's amazement, the stone took control of his aura and fed on it. Thankfully he was now sitting, because he felt tired as the stone absorbed more. Until there was no aura in his body.

The stone vanished and seth fall asleep.

He woke up hours later, full of energy. Seth smiled because he has just found a way to improve himself.

The thing was, using aura till it was fully exhausted was like exercising till one body is exhausted. So, resting and training continuously developed stamina and the durability of the body. So also, the amount of aura in his body increased and his attunement to it increased.
