Chapter 171: Searching For The Next Dragon

Whenever one faces dragon breath they will feel inferior and their pride is crushed they feel dominated and that crushed their will to resist or even try to escape.

That was why the best survival skill against dragon breath was self-activated, not everyone can have the will to think through things in the face of that dominating force.

Now that Seth thinks about it, he didn't actually survive Dragon Breath directly but rather he burst into bubbles the moment the dragon breath touched him.

It was like an escape right before the actual breath that had Sure-kill and Sure-destruction touched him.

~Didn't Vela give you hers~

Before he continued, Seth heard a sound. He then ran outside. He found Blood Crodo and the first tamed Crodo fighting.

"Stamina? Strange!"

He never thought he could feel his stamina and how to tap on it. But Seth didn't understand that, so he focused on other things he felt from the Aspecto.

And that was the air resistance. He felt air resistance, pushing him back but he also tapped into the first Node he felt he was on and reduced the air resistance.

Remembering a bit about Physics, he knew that air was the greatest hindrance as objects move. So, if he was able to go against that and made it irrelevant, that means he can go faster than normal. It's like reducing the weight of movements.

He pushed to Second Node but he felt he was pushed back to the first. Seth then moved around with no problems but he can't register how fast he is moving.

So, he stepped outside. That was when he saw the world of difference. Everything was moving slowly, not super slow.

He walked out to the gate and that was when he felt how fast he was actually moving. Extremely fast to his standard of course.

The feeling was scary but also great, anything he did regarding the Aspecto, Seth will have direct information about what it was and how to use it better.

EP is an exertion point.

"Hmm. This is good!"

Seth calmly turned off the power. And everything came back to normal. He felt a pang of headache and a little fatigue. So, also the heaviness in his body was gone.

He didn't understand it, so he went and meditated. An hour later he woke up and activated the Aspecto for a minute and then meditated. He did that until it was 3 hours before the Halo Pulse could down.

He washed and read the strategy, and then grabbed the womb and went out for the next dragon conquest. Dragon Rabbit Foot was on his hand, even though he felt its power had reduced a lot.

Going west, as that was where he felt the pull, Seth felt a bit wary. There was uncertainty in the atmosphere. But even if he failed, he has a trump card.

The journey was long but there was something different about him and he can't say it was Vela Aspecto but he can't remember what it was until he saw a distant place with a large transparent barrier rippling. Everything in it was floating but froze in place.

"The Gravity Effect made me immune to the pressure of the continent" Seth realized. There was no difference between the Living Root and the outside.

If he wasn't in a dangerous area he would have tested if he could float above. Suddenly something exploded and everything moved, the stone and debris fell down. But the dust was everywhere.

Seth doesn't want to be caught in whatever that was. The luck value has a time limit, so he has to use his time correctly.

Seth went around the dust and even ran far ahead. He reached areas with a lot of mountains and he weaved around. Suddenly a roar of a dragon sounded. He found a corner and hid. He used his Pure Stone Heart skill he hasn't used for long. Rocky stealth.

By staying unmoving for some time, he will be perceived as a stone. After the dragon left he came out and checked the area with Aura sight. Nothing at first but then he saw something. A rock with a heartbeat.
