Chapter 324 Red Canvas Vs Medos

The beast had a large head and its face was like a monkey's, its eyes were large and glint with intelligence.

Its neck was strong to hold the large head which made the body disproportionately smaller than it should.

Its long hand ended with human fingers but its leg and feet were digitated. It looked like a 2 meter long gorilla that was very intelligent.

The first thing Seth thought was that this creature was the Human Medos he was told about but then he shook his head and hoped it wasn't the case.

Well, it doesn't matter, anyway. Medos were crafty, strong and unpredictable. He was barely having his head on his neck, how did hoped to contend with this creature.

Unfortunately, or fortunately, Seth was already insane, he only grinned and began to fantasize dissecting the creature to see what it was made from the inside.

Seth has long read the blessing's description and it actually scared him but he only held himself to perform his experiments on the team.

Now that he was ambushed by this creature, Seth knows he will be forced to use the blessing to survive.

Without his Existence Might and Battle Might he can't increase his Exertion Points, he would have to do with his measly 12000 points.

The stand off lasted only 10 seconds before the creature attacked again, its body bubbles up with aura and he manipulated, creating some sort of armour on his body.

More than that, Seth felt his mind was being suppressed by the creature's eyes. He felt like looking away and grabbing his head in fear.

"Bastard!" Seth shouted, ignoring the pain on his right stumped hand he swiped it, the bleeding drops went toward the creature but the creature vanished and appeared behind Seth.

Seth controlled the blood toward his back and they glowed.

With left hand he grabbed the Red Signature Book and on his back shoulder a whip appeared. Placing a cue to lashed at anything that came close to him.

Immediately the whip began to whip around trying to attack the ever elusive running creature.

As the carrier of the Blood Explosion, Seth has certain immunity against it. That was why he was only flinged 10 meters away from the explosion the first time he used it and the Iron Blue Cloud Team members were sent hundred meters away.

Seth can feel he can't just make the explosion but can also direct where the force will go.

The Medos frowned, seeing that it didn't expect the human will be mad enough to use the ability again. 'Why will it kill itself?'

To it that was a problem, it wanted to feed on Seth more to have its next evolution, if the human killed itself in an explosion like this then it won't achieve it goal.

Suddenly, an invisible force pulsed from its head that spread and knocked Seth's head. He immediately lost consciousness and was about to fall down.

At that moment the red stream and whip went limp, they weren't independent. The creature zoomed and opened its gorilla mouth about to swallow Seth's head completely.

The staff expanded and attacked, but a strange marking on its left hand pulsed and the staff was blasted away. Then came the cape that extended longer than it was to attack.

The creature used the same attack of his left hand and it was pushed away.

Seth snapped back to reality and found the fast closing mouth of the creature.

Illusory N'Day Step!

Seth became illusory and his speed increased moving backwards, the creature's marking on its chest glowed and it too became illusory but that reduced it speed to a degree but fast enough to clasped at Seth face.

Illusory N'Day Step allowed Seth to move extremely fast and his body became translucent like a distant mirage and at that state he can't phase through objects but can pass through narrow spaces.

As long as air or something tangible can pass through it, Seth can also. For that he can avoid or escape any form of attack, except if he was trapped in an airtight location.

Sadly, the creature was able to negate that by becoming illusory too just like Seth and harmed him.

Blood rolled from Seth's face, his eye had no eyelid now, and his nose was just holes, his lips were no more as such his teeth were bare.

The creature slurped Seth's face and chewed it with relish.

Seth breathed in deeply, he has no face now, breathing in take in blood inside his nostrils, blood slipped into his bulged eyes, Seth stepped forward.

The very blood coming from his hands and face began to glow, he gripped his Pure White Stone Will and directed them toward the creature. Seth didn't even try to control the whip or the red stream.

He can only focus on one thing now, anything else he will be distracted and consumed.

The creature sped up and appeared behind Seth, he was about to be punched when a lone drop of blood reached it and exploded.

The creature sped back avoiding the explosion and appeared before Seth. With no red stream and whip to slow it, it has room to move.

But that wasn't the case, Seth wasn't fighting for tomorrow, it was about what damage he can do to the creature.

The only thing moving to attack was Staff but the creature always used the marking on its left hand to push it away.
