Chapter 141 Talk About The Nightmare Shadow

Arin watched Kiara as she sat down on her chair.

'I don't know how strong she is,' Arin thought, staring at her. 'So I don't know how confronting her would be.'

There was also the option to let her come to him by herself, but he was just too curious to know what she was talking about in that ceremony.

Arin suddenly realized something, making him furrow his brows. 'What if that is what she wants.....? What if she wants me to be curious and confront her?'@@@@

'If I do that, I might be entering her trap,' Arin thought.

There were many possibilities, but all he knew was that he would definitely find out who she was and what she was talking about.

Arin glanced around, his gaze sweeping through the students in the class who were talking among themselves as usual.

All the students were already present.

Arin squinted his eyes. 'Riya is late..... She is supposed to have come by now.'

And looking at the faces of the students and the way they were occasionally glancing at the door, Arin knew that they had also realized that Riya is late.

'She has never come late before,' Arin thought. 'Maybe something came up.'

Just a few minutes later, Riya walked into the class, making all the students move to their seats and stop talking.

She glanced at Arin briefly before she averted her gaze. "Okay, let's start."

The class went smoothly, and it was the same for the Weapon Training class.

Finally, classes had ended for the day, and the students were now free.

Though, for some reason, Arin didn't see Kiara anymore. It was almost as if she disappeared as soon as classes ended.

'That's not an issue, I'll find a way to know what is happening,' Arin thought.

He began walking out of the Weapon Training class with Leon walking in front of him.

As soon as they left the class into the hallway, Arin moved beside Leon.

"Oh, Brother," Leon said with a smile as soon as he saw Arin. "I danced with three beauties yesterday."

"I see.... That's good," Arin said.

Leon was about to continue rambling about the three girls he danced with, but Arin cut him off.

"We'll talk about that later," Arin said. "For now, you know the location, right?"

Leon nodded his head. "Of course."

"Great. And remember..."

Both Tessa and Leon listened as Arin continued.

"It's able to communicate by appearing in the person's dream or, in other words, nightmare."

"So do we have to be worried about it?" Tessa asked as she folded her arms. "Or do you have a plan?"

Arin glanced at both of them as he replied, "Yes. If we play our cards right, we'll be able to use it... against Alex."

Tessa's expression instantly turned serious as she squinted her eyes while Leon glanced at Arin and Tessa.

"But how?" Leon asked. "Moreover, we don't even know where it went."

"That's not a problem," Arin said.

"What I'm about to say might sound absurd, but..."

He paused as he glanced at both of them.

"The Nightmare Shadow just wants a friend."

Leon frowned slightly. "Huh?"

"What do you me~?"

"Wait," Leon suddenly said, interrupting Tessa.

Suddenly, he clutched his head tightly as if he was in pain.

Tessa's expression instantly turned to that of worry.

She held Leon's shoulder. "Leon, what is the problem? Are you okay?"

Arin glanced at Leon. "I think I know what's wrong."

Tessa instantly looked at him.

"He's a Shadow Lord....." Arin said. "You can consider him the King of the Shadow Race, which means....."

Arin squinted his eyes. "He has knowledge about the different sub-races of Shadows."

Tessa turned to look at Leon, who was still clutching his head. "So you're saying he has knowledge about the Nightmare Shadow and other Shadows?"

"Yes," Arin replied. "He's currently in pain because most of the knowledge is rushing into his head at once."

As soon as Arin finished talking, Leon suddenly stopped clutching his head as he looked up, staring at Arin and Tessa.

A small smile formed on his face. "The Nightmare Shadow, huh?"
