Chapter 152 Battle [1]

Alex smiled as he walked forward and stood in front of his clone.

"You weren't the only one who improved," he said to Arin, with a smirk on his face.

His eyes instantly fixated on Arin. "Now, experience the power of my new Spell.....!"

"And also," his eyes turned sharp as he took a stance, "I'm going all out..... Be ready."

Before Arin could even say anything.....

"Second Formation of the Elements: The Bleeding Heart of the Divine Curse."

And then.....

BOOM!

Another wave of Mana erupted from Alex's body again.... This time, it was worse than the first one.

The windows of more buildings cracked due to the pressure, and the sound of things breaking could be heard from the building.

Even the movement of Arin and his team was slightly restricted because of the force of the Mana.

Though, even with that, Arin had a grin on his face as he stared at Alex through the pressure of the Mana.

'Finally, he's going all out from the start,' he thought. 'This way, there'll be no wasting of Energy.'

His white hair fluttered wildly as he spread his Blood Energy around his body and gripped his two swords tightly.

The others were also prepared for what was about to come. The battle was just starting.

As for Alex's clone, Arin knew that it was a Light Element Spell he would acquire later on, but it seemed that because he was eager to defeat Chaos, he decided to start making the Spell, and of course, it didn't take too long for him to create such a complex Spell.

'If I remember correctly, this Clone is able to use Spells like Alex, though they won't be as strong as the ones the original Alex can use, but they're still strong, and it can't also use The Formation of the Elements,' Arin thought. 'Even with that, it'll certainly be trouble.....'

Arin squinted his eyes and glanced back before he nodded his head.

Tessa saw this and instantly understood as she initiated the attack.

She dashed forward, absorbing the sound produced from the force of Alex's Mana, increasing her speed.

Alex was still transforming, but before she could get to him, Alex's clone suddenly turned its head and began running towards her.

In its hand, it held Alex's sword and gripped it tightly, its gaze focused on Tessa.

"When did this clone create an Earth Spike?" he muttered. "My scales are hard enough, but I don't know if they would have been able to protect me from that Spike..... I don't want to take any chances."

Leon was still scared about this battle, but the confidence of the others was doing a good job at calming him a bit.

WHOOSH!

Seraphine was dashing towards the clone behind her sword that was moving slowly due to the Wind Barrier.

Instantly, she slid to the right, avoiding the Wind Barrier and arriving at the clone's side.

"Got you!"

She instantly swung her elongated claws towards it with great force.

Ripples formed in the air from the force at which she swung her sharp claws.

The clone's eyes instantly shifted towards her, and in that moment.....

BOOM!

Flames instantly erupted from the ground in the middle of the clone and Seraphine, sending her flying backwards.

It also sent the clone flying backwards, but while it was in the air, a thick red chain suddenly wrapped around its body, and then.....

BOOM!

The chain was pulled downwards, sending the clone to the ground with full force.

Cracks instantly appeared on the ground, and before the clone could even think of standing up, Tessa was already above it, coming down like a meteor, with her sword ready to strike.

Since the chain wasn't wrapped around the clone's hands or legs, it could still move Mana towards those parts of its body.

Suddenly, Mana began gathering in front of it, as it activated a certain Spell, but before the Spell could be unleashed upon Tessa, who was incoming, the red chain was suddenly wrapped around her, and she was pulled back with force.

In that same instant, a huge lightning bolt moved towards where Tessa previously was mid-air. It was so fast and moved with so much force that Tessa would have certainly been hit by it.

And it seemed that Roxanne realized that.

Now, Roxanne, Leon, Tessa, and Seraphine had regrouped and were staring at the clone.

With the chain wrapped around her arm, Roxanne squinted her eyes. "This will be harder than we thought..."

Meanwhile, the original Alex and Arin were about to have a showdown.....
